Vintage Cellar Review: Intensely spicy and precise, with lively red berry flavors and a hint of black pepper. The Grenache, hich makes up the majority of the wine, is deeper and more powerful, offering cherry and black raspberry qualities lifted by zesty minerality.
My Review: Did not enjoy this Grenache as much as the one from Spain, but I can see why some do. The nose included hints of cherry and pepper, with a little vanilla at the end which I liked. A dry wine with a good amount of spice and pepper in the taste, so it wasn't my style.
I tried this wine on its own without food.
