Winery Review: Beautiful balance characterizes our Sterling Vintner's Collection Chardonnay. Tropical fruit, guava and peach are supported by crisp acidity, and aging in oak barrels rounds out the flavors by contributing notes of caramel and spice.
My Review: To me, this Chardonnay smelled like ripe grape and apple and very sweet. It tasted good; citrusy, sweet, and the finish strangely to me tasted a little like olives. I liked it and would have it again!
I tried this wine without food.
