Vintage Cellar Review: Deep red brilliant with violet hints. Complex, fruity, and predominant red fruits. Easy to drink, round with persistent sweetness, very well balanced with sweet tannins.
My Review: Nice and fruity, cherry and strawberry in the nose. Smelled like candy - reminded me of twizzlers, one of my favorite candies. I could taste the tannins, which was odd for a lightly sweet wine. Had a tad bit of spice in the taste with a nice red berry flavor. I think I would like this wine with food better, since it isn't too sweet but sweeter than most.
I tasted this wine on its own without food.
